Terms & conditions
- In order to be able to make a referral, you must be an existing customer with HCM
- You confirm that you have obtained permission from the person you wish to introduce to pass their contact details to us
- A single voucher relates to the completion of a single mortgage transaction, regardless of how many individuals there are on the application. For example, if you introduce four new customers to HCM and they are all on one single application, the reward is one voucher, whereas if you introduce four new customers and each individual takes out and completes a separate mortgage with us, then the reward will be four vouchers
- The introduced individual and all other applicants on their mortgage must be new customers not already known to HCM and they cannot be yourself, or an applicant on your own mortgage
- The transaction the new customer undertakes with us must be a regular, full fee transaction such as a purchase or a remortgage and not for a fee-free retention or rate switch product
- The voucher will only be valid for the first transaction only, and not for any subsequent transactions made with HCM
- Where the same referral is made by different sources, only the first referral submitted will be accepted
- Vouchers are only payable if all relevant HCM fees have been paid by the referred customer
- The person being recommended must be a UK national, and not an employee of HCM
- The £100 Amazon.co.uk voucher for you will usually be supplied via email within 30 days of the new customer's mortgage completing and is subject to Amazon's voucher terms as stated here.
- This voucher offer is not transferable to a different type of gift card nor has any alternate cash value
- HCM will only accept recommendations made through this online form and you must have written confirmation from HCM that your referral has been accepted
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless we tell you otherwise nor can this offer be applied retrospectively
- The maximum number of recommendations that can be made by an existing customer is 10, unless approved by HCM in writing
